These are capital insurance funds (CIF), which invest in investment funds organized and managed exclusively by AIG Poland MFCo.
AIG Money Market CIF
This capital insurance fund invests all assets in the AIG Money Market investment fund.
Assets of this investment fund are invested only in fixed income securities, primarily Treasury Bills and bonds of short duration.
The Fund is addressed to people who want to achieve a rate of return slightly higher than in case of bank deposits, but are not willing to bear investment risk and have a short investment horizon.AIG New Europe Balanced CIF
This capital insurance fund invests all assets in the AIG New Europe Balanced investment fund.
Assets of this investment fund are primarily invested in bonds and equities of the New Europe countries (50%/50%), mainly Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Baltic states.
The New Europe Fund intends to offer diversification from Polish equity market risk and to give clients the opportunity to benefit from the final part of region's asset price convergence.AIG Equity CIF

AIG Sub-Fund World Bond CIF
This capital insurance fund invests all assets in the AIG Sub-Fund World Bond.
This sub-fund invests 50% of assets in the AIG Global Bond Fund and 50% of assets in the AIG Emerging Markets Bond Fund.
Assets of this Fund are primarily invested in foreign bonds.
The risk tolerance of the Fund is low. The Fund is addressed to people with medium or high investment horizon (at least 2 years), who want to achieve a rate of return higher than in case of the bank deposits in USD and have low risk tolerance.AIG Sub-Fund World Balanced CIF

Bond funds
AIG Global Bond Fund (management fee 1,60%)
The Fund seeks a high level of return from a combination of current income end capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt securities denominated in US Dollars and a range of other currencies, The majority of the Fund will be invested in investment grade, sovereign, supranational end corporate bond issues of fixed and/or floating rate with a rating of no lass than BBB- as rated by Standard end Poor's, or equivalent by Moody's or other rating agency. The Funds investments will be allocated across global markets.
AIG Emerging Markets Bond Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks to achieve long-term, capital appreciation through investment in fixed income securities issued primarily by governments, their agencies, local authorities end instrumentalities end corporate entities located in emerging markets in Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East end Africa. Such securities may be denominated in the local currency of any of the OECD member countries or the local currency of the emerging countries in which the Fund is permitted to invest. The Fund's assets will be predominately invested in government end/or corporate fixed and/or floating income instruments which have a short term (maturity of less than one year) debt rating of C by Standard and Poor's, or equivalent by Moody's or other rating agency; end a minimum long-term debt rating of C by Standard end Poor's, or equivalent by Moody's or other rating agency. The investment Manager may invest in securities rated.
Balanced funds
AIG Balanced World Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by identifying new and changing worldwide economic and investment trends and investing in assets globally to benefit there from. The Fund will select equity, equity-related, debt and short term securities of companies and debt securities of governments throughout the world, which are expected by the Investment Managers to benefit from such trends. The Fund will invest in investment grade, sovereign, supranational and corporate band issues of fixed and/or floating rate with a rating of no less than BBB- by Standard and Poor's Corporation, or equivalent by Moody's or other rating agency. While the Fund seeks investment opportunities in the world's major stock and bond markets, the Fund's policy normally is to invest in securities in North America, Europe, Asia, Australasia and Japan. The Fund may invest in locally listed Russian shares, although no more than 20% of Net Asset Value will be invested in locally listed Russian shares at any one time and investment will only be made in equity securities that are listed / traded on level 1 or level 2 of the RTS stock exchange and MICEX.
AIG Dynamic Emerging World Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks to achieve relatively high rates of growth on a long-term basis through careful selection of equity end equity-related securities end fixed income securities in the emerging markets whilst seeking to protect the Fund from downside risk. The Fund may invest in locally listed Russian shares, although no more than 20% of Net Asset Value will be invested in locally listed Russian shares at any one time and investment will only be made in equity securities that are listed / traded on level 1 or level 2 of the RTS stock exchange and MICEX.
Equity funds
AIG Global Equity Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks to achieve growth at a reasonable price by making equity cad equity-related investments in global markets with a focus on superior and sustainable earnings performance. The Funds investments will be allocated across global markets. The Fund may invest up to 20% of net assets in locally listed Russian shares.
AIG Global Equities Value Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing primarily in global equity securities of issuers whose equity market capitalizations exceed US$1 billion at the time of purchase. The Fund is not subject to any specific geographic diversification requirements and shall invest on a worldwide basis. The Investment Managers approach in selecting investments is oriented to individual stock selection and is value driven.
AIG Global Emerging Markets Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks to achieve a relatively high rate of growth, on a long-term basis, through careful selection of equity and equity-related securities in global emerging markets whilst seeking to protect the Fund from downside risk. The Fund's investments will be allocated across global emerging markets, including but not limited to, markets located in Emerging Europe the Middle East, South East Asia, Latin America and Africa, The Fund may invest in locally listed Russian shares, although no more than 20% of Net Asset Value will be invested in locally listed Russian shares at any one time and investment will only be made in equity securities that are listed / traded on level 1 or level 2 of the RTS stock exchange and MICEX.
AIG South East Asia Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks long term capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity-related securities of companies whose assets, products or operations are in the South East Asian Region, which includes Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, The People's Republic of China, The Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Thailand. The Fund may also, to a leaser extent, invest in equity and equity-related securities of companies whose assets, products or operations are in Australia and New Zealand. A major proportion of the Fund's Assets will be invested in large, well established companies with the remainder being invested in smaller companies.
AIG India Equity Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity-related securities of companies listed on stock exchanges in India or closely related to the economic development and growth of India.
AIG Greater China Equity Fund (management fee 1,80%)
The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing in equity and equity-related securities of companies whose assets, products or operations are in the Greater China Region, where the Greater China Regions means The People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
