Traditional Agency Structure

Last year Amplico Life offered its products via 58 offices all over Poland. Over 2 thousand agents provided our customers with professional insurance consulting services.

Amplico Life is looking for driven and committed candidates for insurance agents. The Company offers a great opportunity to those who are prepared to work systematically and diligently, who appreciate quality and professionalism and who are keen on pursuing their professional ambitions. "Starter Programmes", manager training programmes and development paths toward agent structure management positions will be offered. The best will be invited abroad to take part in international events.

Amplico Life agents receive training under the following programs:

  • License training;
  • Skills development programme;
  • Professional training;
  • Incentive training.

Multi-agencies

Best Practices Agency

Last year saw the foundation of the Best Practices Agency. In the establishment of this structure we have leveraged best practices from all countries where the American Life Insurance Company (ALICO) is present. The project is coordinated by highly skilled insurance professionals.

Direct Mailing

This customer relations channel is being used successfully to sell insurance. In 2003 the Customers of Amplico Life received attractive and customized product proposals:

  • "W drodze"- Insurance against permanent disability due to road accident.
  • "Ochrona Całkowita"- Insurance against partial or total permanent disability due to accident.

Only our Customers can take the opportunity to obtain such products on special terms, expanding their insurance cover. Amplico Life also provides Direct Mailing services for Customers of financial institutions.
